AJ, a long-time Ashburn resident and LCPS teacher, brings over 20 years of experience working with student-athletes. With a background coaching at Loudoun County High School, Stone Bridge High School, and Dulles Little League, he focuses on developing confident players who understand the game and enjoy competing.
 

Formed in Fall 2025, the Riverdogs 10U Black team has been steadily building its baseball acumen, sharpening on-field skills, and growing a strong sense of community off the field.  This group continues to develop together, combining hard work with a competitive edge. With a strong foundation in place, they’re carrying momentum into the season and looking to keep progressing.
